We've been in our home for over two years now and haven't lifted a finger for maintenance, even though it was originally built in the late 70's, because [EZ-to-Buy] practically replaced every board in this house before we bought it--it's like brand new!

We love our new home. We were expecting a baby and needed to move in fast. We looked at four other homes shown by realtors and this one blew them all away on price and quality. Best of all, it was not occupied so we were able to move in it only 31 days after we made the offer. It was a great experience and the place is awesome.

My wife fell in love with this little house. We weren't really even looking because we'd been told our credit wasn't good enough to buy. But EZ-TO-BUY put us in this house immediately without a hitch. I don't know what the problem was with those other mortgage people. The best part is, we have excellent credit now because we've been paying a mortgage for the last 8 months.

EZ-to-Fix!

We were looking for a fixer-upper because we hardly had any money to put down on a house. Then we stumbled on this house that was completely beautiful. My wife went crazy for it and I kept saying we didn't have the money. But she starts talking to [EZ-TO-BUY] and they helped us get into this house with almost no cash down. He even paid our closing costs. Now we live a house that's probably better than I could have fixed one up, and I have all my time free to spend with my family. I'm very grateful.

We were looking at brand new homes in new subdivisions. The problem there was, you pay a high price and it hardly comes with anything more than white walls and cheap cabinets. We ended up buying a [EZ-to-Buy] home and it came completely finished with everything of the finest quality. We got solid maple cabinets, ceiling fans, fenced and landscaped yard, appliances, carpeting and granite counters. Some of that stuff you can't get at any price in new development homes. And we're near great schools and neighborhoods too. We cannot recommend Storybook homes higher than we do. Thanks.

Rest-EZ!

We love our house. [EZ-TO-BUY] delivered exactly as promised. We had one minor problem with the pool after we moved in and that wasn't their fault or responsibility. They fixed it anyway. They even sent us flowers and gave us gift certificates to local restaurants after we moved in. I've referred two of our closest friends to them and they're both waiting to buy an "EZ" home now.
